Our names are Kristy and Kelly and we met a long time ago while working in the floral industry. We have expressed our natural artistic talents since childhood and come from loving, close-knit families with creative backgrounds.
Kristy has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Cardinal Stritch University and Kelly has a Bachelor degree from Mount Mary University in Interior Design. With our studies in art and design and 50 years of combined professional experience, we have decided to share our creativity with others by hosting creative workshops to help people discover their inner artist.
Our workshops are all about the unique, hands-on experience and all you have to do is come in and create! We do all the shopping for you. We provide all the tools, materials and supplies necessary. We take the headache out of figuring what you need and how much. We pride ourselves in offering a vast selection of options so you have exactly what you need to make your creation perfect!
Why Two Mikes?!?! Terrible diseases took our dads away from us. They were both named Mike and were both creative geniuses! (The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.) The second mission of our workshops is to contribute a portion of our profits to the American Lung Association and the Association for Frontotemporal Dementia in memory of our dads.
